One Year In

A year ago, I hit "post" for the first time and had no idea if anyone would show up.

I just knew I had something to say — about the empty room, the identity questions, the mile of road you can't rehearse for — and I said it anyway.

You showed up. And then you stayed. And somewhere in this first year, The Shifted Life stopped being something I built alone and became something we're building together — one shift, one Godcident, one honest conversation at a time.

This wasn't a five-step plan. It was never meant to be polished. It was meant to be true. A year in, I think it still is.

To everyone who's been here since day one, and everyone who found this space today for the first time — thank you. This is still what it was always meant to be: a place to land when a season shifts underneath you, and a reminder that you don't have to move through it alone.

Here's to year two.

With so much love and gratitude,

Sherrain
